» Weekly meal planner: Get ahead for the week with this document and plan your breakfasts, lunches, meals, and snacks in advance. Also included is a customisable version so you can change the days to suit your shop.

» Food shopping list: Once you’ve planned your meals for the week, use this document to write out everything you need to purchase when you next go food shopping. Use the customisable version to change the category headings!

IMPORTANT

» These printables are available in A4 size (21 x 29 cm) with margin spaces should you want to add them to a binder.

» All text fields are fillable. Text that is part of the design is NOT editable.

» Font is auto sized and the text colour is black.

» Files are in colour however can also be printed in black and white. For best quality I recommend printing on good quality, white A4 paper with your highest printing settings enabled.

» For each document you will receive an editable PDF file and a simple printable PDF file - the printable PDF files do not contain editable fields and content varies slightly to the editable PDF files.

» This is a digital product. No physical product will be sent to you.

When you add text to an editable document you want to save your original document for future use. File > Save as.. will let you save a copy of your original file with a new name.
